Bogaert Boards was a dream that originated after Heath Van Den Bogaert caught his first wave at the age of 12. It was at that moment that he became curious about how surfboards worked. What was it that made the board glide over the waves, make those sharp curves, allowed it to float, what materials made up these boards, and how were they constructed? Heath's curiosity led to him learning everything he could about surfboard construction. He experimented in his garage with designs, board construction, and refining his artistic talent. While working in surfboard and paddle board manufacturing companies, Heath helped to create and build numerous custom designs for pros and pro-named brands. Finally, after several years of hard work and dedication, he decided it was time to begin his own company. At that point, Bogaert Boards went from a dream to a reality.

Like many other surfboard companies, Bogaert Boards began as a garage-based start-up company. Now located at a factory in Deerfield Beach, Florida, Bogaert Boards is designing and manufacturing custom-made stand-up paddle boards (SUPs), surfboards, and kite boards. Our boards are made in the USA from the finest products available on the market. Bogaert Boards takes pride in its quality craftsmanship, board construction, and artistic detailing. Whether it's your own design or one of the many designs they have to offer, Bogaert Boards can build your product from start to finish (custom laminates, resin tints, colors, pin lines, etc.) and provide you with feedback and updates during the manufacturing process.
