Dec 4 Social Instagram Just had some great news....I've been doing some training with Aaron Rowe British Paddleboarding champion. He is a natural exciting talent we are fortunate to have here in Jersey. He has never done any S&C so I have been working on his core rotational power and rotational shoulder strength. In Addition to this he has been doing strongman training so he has total body balance and everything working in synergy. This is not your normal SUP training I have taken it out of the 'Orthodox Box'. He did his first downwinder today and won! he felt more power in his stroke and was catching the bumps so nicely.
