Jun 10 Social Dagger FB While we of course love kayaking, we also love exploring the outdoors in all ways possible. This outdoor adventure ethos is exemplified in our amazing Team Dagger athletes. We'd like to send out a MASSIVE congratulations to Dagger Team member and East Coast Team Manager Adriene Levknecht for winning the Mountain Games Ultimate Mtn Challenge, for the second year in a row! She placed well in 6 Mtn Games whitewater, running and biking events over the long weekend to bring home the grand prize, which included a big cash purse and lots of cool gear, including a new bike and GoPro. Adriene managed to earn the highest combined score of all athletes in the competition!!! Photo: Rick Lohre

Jun 7 Social Dagger FB We send out a HUGE congratulations to Team Dagger's Adriene Levknecht for taking the win at yesterday's Homestake Creek Race at the Vail Mountain Games! 'Despite changing water levels and not many training laps, I was able to pull off only my second win in my 12 year career on this course, so I am pretty darn stoked' -Adriene #PhantomFast (First Photo by: Rick Lohre, Second Photo by: Wade Harrison)

Jun 5 Social Dagger FB Dagger was once again stoked to support Anna Levesque's Women's Paddle Fest at Nantahala Outdoor Center this year. It was a huge success, with an amazing diverse group of 70 women in attendance from all over the country, even as far away as Oregon. While we're still waiting on a final tally, the fundraiser for the Shannon Christy Memorial Fund was also a resounding success. Two Dagger Kayaks were up for grabs in the raffle. The Dagger boat of choice was won by Mita, who works at NOC. She was so excited that she was left speechless and in tears, as she's been saving to buy her first kayak. Welcome to the Dagger family Mita! Carla was the winner of the custom Makers Series 'Freestyle' RPM. She came all the way from Portland, OR for the event. You can expect to see this beautiful boat gliding down the rivers in the PNW soon. A huge shout out to Anna for continuing to introduce, promote and educate women in whitewater.
